Concept stores are a strong trend in the retail market: environments that aim to provide a differentiated consumption experience, generating a connection between the brand and the consumer. Space design, interactivity, lighting, music, scents, product positioning and personalized service are all valued in this modality. Always attentive, Multiplan for some time now has had the presence of many of these distinctive stores in its shopping centers.

At BarraShoppingSul, in Porto Alegre, basketball lovers must visit the NBA store. The 110-square-meter space receives new products on a weekly basis, such as the classic clothing used by great basketball legends and current stars. The models of sneakers worn by the American league's athletes are also constantly renewed. Besides balls, caps and accessories, there are many popular items available in many options.

In addition to shopping, the store offers visitors a unique experience. Among the attractions, there is a "mini-court" featuring an official floor and a hoop and backboard – the same used by the league teams; thematic fitting rooms; life-size footprints of legends such as Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant; and 3D balls, where you can compare the sizes of your hands with those of famous athletes such as Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and Chris Paul.

Also in the Porto Alegre shopping center, the Fast Shop store proposes an experience of interaction between the physical and digital environments. Through a QR Code, it is possible to access videos offering usage tips and technical information. The store also invested in interactive screens to access the marketplace, in mapped projection technologies, replacing the display windows, and in the "Scan, Pay & Go" mode, through which the customer can select the desired product in the store, pay by QR Code and complete the purchase by cell phone.

At ParkShoppingBarigüi, in Paraná, it is possible to sip a cup of coffee at the largest Starbucks store in Brazil. The space even has meeting rooms for those who want to hold business and relationship meetings. In addition, there is an Amaro megastore in the mall. The store features a comprehensive mix of fashion, beauty products and even a line of kitchen, decoration and wellness accessories.

At  BarraShopping, in Rio de Janeiro, the Cacau Show Mega Store delivers a delicious experience to chocaholics. With Instagrammable spaces and a chocolate aroma that fills the environment, it also doubles as a coffee shop.

Over at São Paulo’s MorumbiShopping, the Kit Kat Chocolatory store allows the creation of customized chocolates. The choice can be made from 18 flavors and it is even possible to request a coffee that harmonizes with the chosen flavor. The Boticário Lab can also be found in the same mall. There, one of the distinguishing factors is to make olfactory combinations and discover the ideal fragrance for each person with the help of artificial intelligence. The store also has installed equipment that makes it possible to identify  each consumer’s  exact color palette and base tone.

The Natura store at ShoppingAnáliaFranco, also in São Paulo, has adopted a distinctive design. Projected to be a mix between an art gallery and a place for shopping, the store has applied the "phygital" model. Furthermore, the public can try Natura perfumery products via the digital solution perfum.Ar, which allows them to choose any fragrance of the brand and sense it digitally. The objective of the "dry scent" is to facilitate the testing of several fragrances without one overlapping the other and clouding the final choice.

At  ParkShopping, in Brasília, the new TIM and VIVO points of sale underpin the omnichannel concept, in which the client can experiment accessories and test-drive smartphones boasting 5G technology.  The store also offers a space for chatting and coworking through wi-fi and tablets. In addition, clients can also perform basic activities, such as checking statements, paying invoices, purchasing plans, services and much more. The new points of sale are staffed by technology experts who can answer any questions about the subject, as well as strategic service consultants who make the purchase journey even speedier and more assertive..
