The first planned neighborhood in São Caetano do Sul earns recognition
Inaugurated in November 2011, the real estate development has just been declared the third best mall in São Paulo by O Estado de São Paulo newspaper's Guia Divirta-se Shoppings (shopping mall guide). Featuring complete infrastructure for shopping, services and entertainment, the shopping mall is located in the region's first planned neighborhood: Ceramic Space, a 300,000 m2 fully sustainable planned community with residential, work and leisure areas.
The mall's architectural plan favors the integration of its different spaces and natural lighting through the use of glass panels, providing an outdoors feeling.
Following the Multiplan strategy of developing multi-purpose projects, São Caetano ParkShopping was planned from the start to have a second stage of development that will include an additional 13,411 m² of space and the construction of four office towers.
