Pioneer and innovator in Ribeirão Preto's development
Inaugurated in 1981, RibeirãoShopping mall is more than a fashion and entertainment complex: it is the region's main hub for trends. The first shopping mall in Ribeirão Preto, one of the state's most important and highly developed cities, it is part of a multi-purpose complex featuring a hotel, the Ribeirão Office Business Center Office Tower and the RibeirãoShopping Professional Center.
In 2017, the mall introduced a Medical Center with more than 30 state-of-the-art clinics and a day hospital, occupying 6,000 square meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area). It also will feature a newly-built auditorium with capacity for 150 people.
In addition to the last three expansions, numbers six, seven and eight – that have practically doubled the gross leasable area of the mall in two years — the master development plan announced by Multiplan includes the construction of four luxury apartment buildings, a new office tower and other projects that will be announced in the future.
