Two "green" commercial towers in the MorumbiShopping complex

The MorumbiShopping complex can't stop growing. Close by, the Morumbi Corporate project has been developed. It consists of two high-quality commercial towers for lease in São Paulo, one with 18 and the other with 26 floors, with a total of 74,198 m² of gross leasable area (GLA). One of the outstanding features of the project is an elevated park, making the two 10 story towers available to restaurants and convenience shops. The total investment was R$ 483.6 million. The area was inaugurated in August of 2013.

The exclusive architectural design used “Green Seal” parameters have LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification.  Morumbi Corporate has already received Gold certification. This is awarded by the Green Building Council Brazil, a non-governmental organization for promoting ecological efficiency in buildings around the world.

Morumbi Corporate will complement the complex built around MorumbiShopping, which includes Morumbi Office Tower, MorumbiShopping Professional Center and MorumbiBusinessCenter.
