With a unique location inside the BarraShoppingSul complex, Diamond Tower combines convenience and functionality coupled with a residential project, the Residence du Lac. The design includes a main façade totally covered with semi-reflective glass, providing a unique view of the Guaíba River.

Diamond Tower offers 273 commercial units with flexible floor plans in a 13,855-m² area. The project has two meeting rooms, an auditorium, seven elevators — one of which is exclusively for service — and an independent garage in the basement. 

Also part of the complex is the Cristal Tower, an office building delivered in August 2011.
