Multiplan’s first mall in the Northeast
Parque Shopping Maceió Mall is Multiplan’s first development in Northeastern Brazil. Opened on November 7, 2013, the mall was developed in partnership with Aliansce Shopping Center.
Located in a fast growing and privileged area of the Alagoas capital, the mall has 200 stores — many of them the first of their kind in the city — in addition to a food court with two independent restaurants, modern movie theaters and approximately 2,000 parking spaces.
A development that lives up to international standards, the shopping center will link up with Boulevard Parque, a 200,000 m² real estate complex with office towers and apartment buildings, in addition to a park with plenty of greenery.
