Golden Lake, Multiplan's great novelty in the residential real estate market, is marking its pre-launch with a campaign featuring new images, presenting the details of Porto Alegre's first private neighborhood and icon in the country's upscale segment. The development has an exclusive location on the banks of the Guaíba River, between the South and Center zones, and is integrated with BarraShoppingSul.

The project consists of seven condominiums that will be developed in stages over an area covering 163,000 square meters.
