ShoppingAnáliaFranco clients have had at their disposal a new exclusive service since early April. This is the free "MobPark" application that permits payment of parking by mobile phone. Developed by the MobPark mobility company, it will be deployed in other Multiplan malls in the coming months.
The feature is easy to use and compatible with smartphones that use iOS and Android platforms, and soon, the Windows Phone. To avoid parking lot checkout lines, a client only needs to download the MobPark ShoppingAnáliaFranco application from an online store for the phone model and fill out a simple registration form.
To pay, the client reads the QR Code parking card or enters the number printed on it. The application will then display the amount of time the client parked in the mall’s lot and the value to be paid. The next step is to enter credit card and CPF information for into São Paulo invoice system. The application then displays proof of payment on the smartphone screen. To finalize, all that is required next is to insert the parking card into the machine at the exit gate, without going through the cashiers for validation.
The Mobpark also contains other features, such as displaying the previous credit card used for payment, the e-mailing of the payment voucher and the client’s payment history.

To be able to pay the parking ticket by mobile phone is a key feature these days, simplifying the lives of many regulars who will now have a few more minutes for a coffee break at the mall,” said Fabiola Soares, marketing manager of the shopping center.
