ShoppingAnáliaFranco, in São Paulo, came in first in the shopping center category among the “Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction,” a national prize awarded by the MESC Institute. The ranking of 100 companies, based on surveys of more than 2 million consumers, also recognized RibeirãoShopping, in Ribeirão Preto. In addition to this category, shopping malls were also included in the best companies in customer satisfaction in their segment, a result obtained through interviews with more than 300,000 customers. The two projects of the Multiplan group were selected from 6,500 companies in 46 segments across Brazil.
ShoppingAnáliaFranco is a point of reference for satisfying the consumption, leisure, services and wellness needs in the East Zone of São Paulo since 1999. This year, the mall launched its own Whatsapp-based service to further bolster relationships with customers. Through the initiative, clients can make inquiries, receive tips and learn about seasonal promotions.

Opened in 1981, RibeirãoShopping today is a point of reference in the interior of São Paulo and receives visitors from all over the region - more than 110 cities - including the south of Minas Gerais, which has transformed it in these nearly four decades into one of the largest multi-purpose complexes in Brazil. It is comprised of an Events Center, Medical Gourmet Corridor, hotel, office towers (Centro Empresarial Ribeirão Office Tower and Centro Profissional RibeirãoShopping), a beautiful Hanging Garden and store mix with 434 operations, including many international and exclusive brands. The mall recently integrated the "MultiVocê" (MultiYou) relationship program into its list of services and built an exclusive environment for participating clients.

Two other Multiplan projects - MorumbiShopping, in São Paulo, and VillageMall, in Rio de Janeiro - were recognized among the 10 best companies in the category.
The ranking event is in its 4th edition and for the first time included shopping centers. The companies selected by the MESC Institute, which has been operating for 20 years with market research, were evaluated in terms of service, execution capacity and value.
