To celebrate love on this Valentine's Day, Multiplan created the "Delivery with all your love" campaign. Developed internally by the MIND team (Marketing, Innovation & Digital Business of the Company), the campaign has digital pieces for people to honor their partners and also reinforces the convenience of the Multi superapp – which gains new direct selling functionality, to offer more convenience to consumers.
In addition to commemorative cards for the date, which will be published on the social networks run by the Company's malls and those of Multi, fun shareable templates and face filter have been created for Instagram. Screen options for amusement and sharing “If he (she) was?", "The couple's memories” and “What's the movie” (a playful reference to romantic films using emojis) will be available on the @meumulti profile. Bachelors can also land on the "How to win me over" template. In addition, Multiplan created an Instagram Stories filter with a quiz to be answered by couples, also available in the search for filters in Multi's profile.
In addition, the malls managed by the Company created several special actions to celebrate and spread love on the date.
ParkShopping Canoas, in Canoas (RS), launched the campaign “Seu amor para mundo ler” (Your Love for the World to Read), uniting the mall's digital and physical worlds. Netizens can make public declarations of love to their beloved, through the comments field on Instagram and Facebook, and have the message projected on the front of the mall until June 12.
ParkShoppingBarigüi in Curitiba (PR) prepared a retro communication mixed with emojis to convey feelings of affection to the public. Stickers with positive messages and affectivity, with a layout that refers to the social media feed, were distributed around the mall to show that love is in the air. Also, the week before Valentine's Day, the mall started calling the drive-thru #LoveThruPKB, referring to true love. Another novelty prepared especially for the date is assistance via whatsapp with tips of best gifts to give to your boy/girlfriend, according to his/her profile and tastes.
ParkShopping, in Brasilia (DF), has developed an institutional campaign that conveys the message “Date, bring love closer” so that people celebrate with their other halves on this date. The mall will also disclose in social networks suggestions for gifts and the operations in operation in the drive-thru and delivery systems.
Inspired by the Andança song, the BarraShopping and VillageMall campaign in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), "wherever it is, I want to be your partner” bolsters the current moment in which we live and shares the message that couples remain connected despite the distance.
ParkShoppingCampoGrande, also from Rio de Janeiro, created the digital campaign "love is in the gaze” and will share the list of stores that offer with delivery or take away for people to give a present to those they love.
Pátio Savassi, in Belo Horizonte (MG) will also honor Valentine's Day with the “love will be wherever you are" campaign. Through social media publications, the mall features excitement and gift suggestions to each boy/girlfriend profile.
Gift tips and information about the stores that are operating by delivery and drive-thru will also be available in the MorumbiShopping (SP), ShoppingVilaOlímpia (SP), ParkShoppingSãoCaetano (SP), RibeirãoShopping (SP), ShoppingSantaÚrsula (SP), JundiaíShopping (SP) and DiamondMall MG) malls.
