In a ceremony held last Tuesday, November 29, one of the most recent real estate developments of Multiplan, the ParkJacarepaguá, was the big winner of the Destaque ADEMI RJ 2022 Award, in the "Commercial, Industrial, Service Enterprise and others" category. The award from the Association of Real Estate Market Company Managers recognizes, stimulates and celebrates excellence in the Rio de Janeiro real estate markets.
"With each new development, we always try to excel, and with ParkJacarepaguá, it was no different. An innovative project, which is conceived to be the 'shopping center of the future,' uniting shopping experience, leisure, sustainability and technology in one place," said Nelson Borges, Multiplan's Project Director in Rio de Janeiro.
Always striving for excellence, the company had already been recognized, in previous years, for several projects for the same award. Among them are NewYorkCityCenter, which was the winner in the “Entertainment and Leisure” category, Centro Empresarial BarraShopping, which was a highlight, more than once, in the "Large Commercial Developments" and Península Green, which was the champion in the category "Marketing/Commercialization of Large Developments."
