To celebrate Consumer Week March 15-21, Multiplan's shopping centers are promoting exclusive coupons, offers and free shipping through the Multi superapp. Discount coupons can be used in person or for WhatsApp purchases - through the direct sales channel. Launched less than a year ago, the channel can be accessed on Multi or shopping mall websites, through the “buy by WhatsApp" menu, and already has more than 2,000 registered stores.
The functionality provides the user with a list of shops and restaurants that operate via drive-thru and delivery to facilitate customer purchases. A search field allows you to quickly identify the active operations in each venture, and with just one click, the client is directed to the store's WhatsApp number to ask questions and finalize the purchase directly with the retailer. A phone number is also available to place an order.
To take advantage of all deals and coupons, customers can access the app' Advantages Hub. Purchases made over the marketplace, using the code EUMERECO, will be delivered within two hours with free shipping.
