Multiplan's latest project, ParkJacarepaguá, was one of the winning cases in the Development Category of the Prêmio Master Imobiliário 2022. Launched in November 2021, the company's 20th shopping center was recognized along with six other ventures as the best real estate  developments. Also known as the Real Estate Market Oscar, the award consecrates the excellence of the sector, recognizing projects and professionals that, based on the fundamental principles of FIABCI-BRASIL (International Real Estate Federation) and Secovi-SP (Home of the Real Estate Market), promoted and stimulated the quest for optimized solutions for society's real estate needs.

The award ceremony of the 28th edition of the event took place on Wednesday, August 24, at the Monte Líbano Athletic Club in São Paulo. During the event, the trophy was presented to Multiplan's Technical Director, the person directly responsible for the project's construction, Nelson Borges, from the hands of the President of ABECIP (Brazilian Association of Real Estate Credit and Savings Institutions). Also present at the event were Multiplan's Business Directors, Flavio Gulden and José Luís Celani.

"Being recognized for an innovative and challenging project such as ParkJacarepaguá is proof that our pursuit to always evolve and do things right produces results that exceed expectations," said Marcello Kaminitz Barnes, Multiplan's Vice-President of Development.
