On August 30, in Rio de Janeiro, Multiplan was one of the honorees at the meeting of partners of the SESC RJ Mesa Brasil project, the largest food bank network in Latin America. The event, which marked the return to in-person attendance after a 2-year hiatus due to the pandemic period, brought together people and partner institutions to thank them for their support over the years.

Since 2019, by themselves, the Multiplan shopping centers in Rio de Janeiro (BarraShopping, NewYorkCityCenter, VillageMall, ParkShoppingCampoGrande and ParkJacarepaguá), have already collected more than 40 tons of non-perishable foodstuffs for the program. This has been achieved through partnerships between civil society, the business community and social institutions to combat hunger and waste, transforming the lives of children, young people, adults and the elderly throughout Brazil. Particularly notable is ParkShoppingCampoGrande for its solidarity campaigns, which traditionally attract the most engaged customers, presenting the best results.

Through Multiplique o Bem (Multiply the Good), the Multiplan group's hub initiative, the company and its shopping centers seek to promote a number of social values through a variety of actions involving clients and its relationship community.

These initiatives are purpose-driven, and together we become participants in this chain. That's why MULTIPLYING THE GOOD is part of our daily routine and is a source of pride for us.
