Multiplan promotes "ShoppingLover Week

The Company's malls throughout Brazil will have exclusive offers during Shopping Lover's Week on the Multi superapp

During March 11-20, Multiplan, one of the largest shopping center administrators in Brazil, is promoting its "ShoppingLover's Week" campaign, to commemorate Consumer's Day, celebrated on March 15. The Multi super-app features hundreds of offers from the 19 shopping centers managed by the Company in a number of categories of products, services and experiences at special prices.

To enjoy the campaign’s advantages, customers should register for free on the Multi superapp, activate the desired coupons and swap them for benefits in stores, restaurants and attractions. Through Multi, customers also will have an exclusive 10% discount on parking fees. Simply access the app, select the mall you are in, click "Parking Payment" on the main screen, scan your ticket, and the discount will be applied automatically.

"We have successfully applied this strategy of discount coupons at Multi to be used in stores, services and experiences. And Consumer's Day, besides being a date to commemorate our customers' rights, is also an excellent opportunity that allows us to employ good relationship practices with them, bringing them ever closer, in addition to boosting sales in the first quarter of the year," highlights Rodrigo Peres, Co-Head of Marketing, Innovation and Digital Business (MIND) at Multiplan.

The "ShoppingLover Week" contributes to the Company's big data strategy, which aims to better understand consumers, participating in their entire journey at the mall. The goal is to deliver increasingly personalized experiences with the support of the OmniMIND algorithm, which customizes the offers of promotions and benefits presented by Multi and through other relationship channels.
