In yet another initiative offering more convenience to its customers and supporting sales by its tenants, eleven shopping centers in the Multiplan chain have initiated a curbside delivery drive thru system. The initiative has been installed at the MorumbiShopping, ShoppingVilaOlímpia and ShoppingAnáliaFranco, in the city of São Paulo; ParkShoppingSãoCaetano, in São Caetano do Sul; RibeirãoShopping and ShoppingSantaÚrsula in Ribeirão Preto; BarraShopping, VillageMall and ParkShoppingCampoGrande, in Rio de Janeiro; ParkShoppingBarigüi, in Curitiba; and ParkShopping, in Brasília.
Purchases are made directly by customers in the participating stores, via Whatsapp. The malls constantly update their social networks and websites to include the stores that joined the initiative and their respective contact phones.
To ensure the safety of both employees and customers, some important recommendations must be respected. Consumers may not leave their vehicles, and the attendants who go to the cars will be wearing masks. In addition, each store will perform proper cleaning of the products before delivery. Parking will be free and the service hours will be from 12 noon to 8 pm.
At ShoppingAnáliaFranco, the curbside drive thru is operating in the G2 parking level (the same entrance floor as Carrefour); at MorumbiShopping it is installed on the ground floor, outside parking; while at ShoppingVilaOlímpia, curbside delivery is made on the G1 level, with access via Rua Olimpíadas, nº 360.
The location of the ParkShoppingSãoCaetano service is between the external access of C&A and Entrance B.
At RibeirãoShopping, the point for access to the curbside service is on level G2 in the Deck Parking area, with access only via Av. Braz Olaia Acosta, the entrance to the Ibis Hotel. ShoppingSantaÚrsula is also on level G2, with access only via Rua Campos Salles.
At ParkShoppingCampoGrande, curbside deliveries are made at Entrance E (located between the Supermarket and Clínica Leve Saúde), while at BarraShopping the delivery points are at the C or I entrances. At the VillageMall, access is via Avenida das Américas and the pickup point is at Entrance B.
The ParkShoppingBarigüi drive-thru deliveries are made at the G1 Norte parking lot, close to the Petshop.
At ParkShopping, the pickup point is located near Entrance C of the Shopping Mall.
It is worth noting that customers must arrange a date and time with the respective stores for the pickup of the purchases at the location indicated in each mall.
In addition, Multiplan shopping centers have food services in operation with curbside delivery. Deliveries are subject to the restrictions determined by local authorities. Check the Multiplan's app Multi, and other delivery applications, to see which stores are offering a delivery service.
