Multiplan

In May 4th, Multiplan (BM&FBOVESPA: MULT3) has been included in the IBrX 50 Index (“IBrX 50”) of BM&FBOVESPA - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros. The company joined the new portfolio of the IBrX 50, which is valid for a four-monthperiod from May to August of 2015, with a weight of 0.429%, corresponding to the 40th most representative position in the index, of a total of 50 listed assets.

IBrX-50 is an index which measures the total return on a theoretical portfolio composed by 50 stocks selected among BM&FBOVESPA’s most actively traded securities in terms of liquidity, weighted according to the outstanding shares’ market value.

MULT3 shares are also part of the following indexes of BM&FBOVESPA: Bovespa Index - Ibovespa (Índice Bovespa), Brasil 100 Index - IBrX 100 (Índice Brasil 100), Brazil Broad-Based Index - IBrA (Índice Brasil Amplo), Real Estate Index - IMOB (Índice Imobiliário), MidLarge Cap Index - MLCX (Índice MidLarge Cap), Special TagAlong Stock Index - ITAG (Índice de Ações com Tag Along Diferenciado), Corporate Governance Trade Index - IGCT (Índice Governança Corporativa Trade) and Special Corporate Governance Stock Index - IGCX (Índice de Ações com Governança Corporativa Diferenciada).
