In February, Multiplan's shopping centers created the S.O.S. Chuvas Campaign to collect donations for families affected by heavy rains along the coast of the state of São Paulo – MorumbiShopping, ShoppingVilaOlímpia, ShoppingAnáliaFranco, ParkShoppingSãoCaetano, JundiaíShopping, RibeirãoShopping,  and ShoppingSantaÚrsula became collection points for the donations.

The participating malls received 18 tons of foodstuffs and water, and 62,000 items, including clothes, toys and hygiene products. Multiplan also donated 17 tons of food or 1,130 food hampers, completing a total of 35 tons in donations, which will benefit up to 2,230 families and more than 6,200 people. The initiative is part of the "Multiply the Good" project, a hub of practices adopted by Multiplan contributing to the social development and better quality of life in the communities where the company's shopping centers are located.

The items collected were delivered to the Fundo Social do Estado de São Paulo. In addition, Multiplan also donated resources to help the victims through a partnership with the Rede Gerando Falcões, responsible for emergency support actions in the region.
