Since its opening a year ago, the ParkJacarepaguá area in the western zone of Rio de Janeiro has been the focus of several road revitalization projects that have had a positive impact on the quality of life for residents and those passing through the region. In addition, progress has been made in the realms of health and education. The Municipal Education Secretariat's "Embrace a School" project, carried out by Multiplan, has revitalized the Marechal Canrobert Pereira da Costa and Naturalista Augusto Ruschi municipal schools, benefitting over 1,000 children. A variety of improvements have been made, such as interior and outside painting, replacement of fences, rejuvenation of physical and recreational areas, installation of new drinking fountains and bike racks, replacement of flooring and repair of railings.

Furthermore, vegetable gardens were planted in the courtyards of each school to grow spices, vegetables, and leafy greens. The Moleque Mateiro Institute also ran environmental education workshops and recreational activities to boost awareness and foster greater integration between students and nature.

The activity developed by Multiplan has been a foundation for growth in the regions where it operates. Since the commencement of the ParkJacarepaguá construction project, we have invested in initiatives centered around education, health and infrastructure. Seeing this venture come to fruition is a genuine accomplishment for all of us. Investing in education is investing in the future," remarks Vander Giordano, Multiplan's Institutional Vice President.

The company also made improvements in health by donating new furniture to the Barbara Mosley and Otto Alves Family Clinics, which received gynecological gurneys, armchairs, chairs, cabinets, and tables. This equipment has transformed the daily routines of both the patients and healthcare professionals who frequent these locations.
