Multiplan announced on Friday (7/24) the completion of the sale of the Diamond Tower building, one of the two towers of the Morumbi Corporate office complex, located in the city of São Paulo. The property, with Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 36,918 m², was sold to the BTG Pactual Corporate Office Fund, a real estate investment fund, for R$ 810,000,000.00, fully received on this date.
According to a material fact disclosed to the market, the negotiation also considers minimum guaranteed monthly income of R$ 4,893,750.00, during the period of 24 months after this date, limited to the total complement of up to R$ 22,000,000.00 by Company over this period.
Multiplan maintains the 37,280 m² GLA property related to 100% of the Golden Tower office tower - where the Company's office is located in São Paulo - and Plaza Gourmet, a restaurant area, located in the same complex, and will continue as administrator of the entire project.
