Multiplan, one of the largest companies in the country's shopping center industry, yesterday (Dec. 13) celebrated its 15th anniversary of listing on the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3) with a bell-ringing ceremony. Since its initial public offering in 2007 in the Level 2 segment, the company has been added to 117 Stock Exchange indexes, including IBRX50 and IBOV.

The ceremony was held at the headquarters of B3 in downtown São Paulo, and was attended by the Founder and CEO of Multiplan, Dr. José Isaac Peres, along with company executives and representatives of B3 and other guests.

"It is with great joy that we welcome Multiplan to celebrate its success on the B3, 15 years after the IPO. Our goal is always to support the journey of listed companies and offer a safe and qualified environment for investors and companies," commented Rogério Santana, B3's Client Relationship Director.

"This is a very special year for Multiplan, in which we complete 15 years since our IPO. With the IPO, we were able to further execute our strategy in the shopping center and real estate sectors. In this period, we developed 54 projects and became the largest real estate company on the B3, in market value. Today, Multiplan is four times bigger than 15 years ago, generating about 80,000 jobs. I thank our more than 38,000 investors, and also the B3, for being an important link to the business environments in Brazil," said José Isaac Peres.

Multiplan is B3's largest real estate company, in market value, with a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential developments, which make up multi-use projects integrated to the shopping centers, transforming the regions and their surroundings.
