Multiplan announced last Tuesday (July 24) it had concluded a land swap agreement with BNI Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. and its affiliate involving 111,000 m2 for the development in Parque Global, a multipurpose shopping center project located on Av. Marginal Rio Pinheiros in the capital's south zone.
Multiplan will develop a shopping mall on the site with a building potential of approximately 80,000 m2 of gross leasable area (GLA), including space for future expansion. The agreement also includes possible development of commercial and residential towers integrated with the shopping center, subject to future licensing.
