JundiaíShopping was added to the Multi superapp marketplace function this week. Customers of the Multiplan project in Jundiaí will be able to place orders through the app and receive purchases at addresses up to a 10-km radius in up to two hours. To optimize the integration of tenants on the platform and guarantee the excellence of the logistics operation, Multiplan has established a partnership with the Delivery Center startup.
The Multi app has a series of features and offers convenience to customers of Multiplan's shopping malls, who can consult in real time during their visits or even plan their activities at the mall from home. One of the highlights is delivery speed: within two hours at the preferred address within the established distance radius. For food orders in restaurants, the distance considered is up to seven km, with a delivery time of up to one hour. The application also allows clients to enter into direct contact with shops that are operating through the drive-thru system via WhatsApp to place the order and schedule the pick-up.
Multi's marketplace function is available in seven other malls besides JundiaíShopping: BarraShopping, in Rio de Janeiro; MorumbiShopping, ShoppingAnáliaFranco and ShoppingVilaOlímpia, in São Paulo; ParkShoppingSãoCaetano, in São Caetano do Sul; ParkShoppingBarigüi, in Curitiba; and BarraShoppingSul, in Porto Alegre.
In the second quarter of 2020, 193 retailers were connected to Multi through the Delivery Center ecosystem - an almost four-fold increase over the previous quarter. Multi and Delivery Center recorded a 2.8-fold increase in Total Payment Volume ("TPV”) in the period. The result was driven by the 8.8-fold increase in TPV of non-food related goods.
In the month of the launch, customers will receive free shipping using the FRETEGRATISJDS coupon, valid for the first purchase.
