Multiplan's malls have prepared a special program for the entire family this summer season. To ensure everyone's safety, attractions follow the distancing and hygiene protocols and require the wearing of a mask.

In Rio de Janeiro (RJ), BarraShopping will have the city's most high-spirited ice skating rink in operation through to March 5. The 200m² rink is prepared for children as young as 2 years old - who can use special strollers. Children over five can skate, provided they wear at least a size 27 boot. Adults can also participate and have fun on the ice, as there is no age limit. Tickets start at R$ 45, with a minimum duration of 30 minutes, issued at a box office for the current time period. The package includes knee pads, elbow pads, a helmet and gloves, and the use of a high boot is mandatory. VillageMall also livens up the kids' summer with the Village Roller Kids skating rink. Until March 1, the activities will feature guest DJs who play musical hits and mixes to liven up the skating experience. The entrance to the event costs R$ 45 and the rental of the roller skates, by the hour, is R$ 20.

In the capital of São Paulo (SP), ShoppingAnáliaFranco presents a free attraction for the months of January and February: the Garden of Giant Insects. The exhibition contains four islands with animals that were created using a hyper-realistic technique, reproducing the smallest details on a scale tens of times larger than life. This is a realistic experience that will make everyone feel tiny upon facing such large insects. At MorumbiShopping, customers can check out the Animália exhibition through Jan. 31 at Atrium. The sustainable exhibition features life-size sculptures of endangered animals produced by artist Tico Volpato. Visitors can point their cellphone cameras to the QR code next to each piece and check out 3D animations of the animals, as well as learn a bit more about their attributes.

ParkShopping São Caetano, in São Caetano do Sul (SP) offers sculptures of the most impressive beings from the Medieval Era to the mall's Events Square.  "The Giant Ogres" ORCS exhibition will run through Feb. 10 and displays six gigantic creatures known for their strength, size, incredible appearance and courage. RibeirãoShopping, in Ribeirão Preto (SP) , offers “Holiday in the Park” until Feb. 28, with attractions for all ages: ice skating rink, Ferris wheel, spinning cups and a little train.

JundiaíShopping will put on another edition of its traditional Book Fair. Organized by Amigos do Livro (Book Friends), the attraction aims to encourage reading, especially among children. Until March 7, the fair brings will present a wide variety of titles for sale at affordable prices, starting at R$ 5.00.

ParkShopping, in Brasilia (DF), receives the L.O.L. Surprise! World, also until Feb. 28. The most beloved dolls in the world are on hand to cheer up children aged 1-12. The circuit, located in the Central Square, features DJ booths, a dance floor, karaoke, toys and much more. The attraction, unprecedented in Brazil, promises to surprise the public with decoration and thematic activities at Universo L.O.L. Surprise! Remix. The sessions last 40 minutes and cost R$ 40 per person (half price). An augmented virtual reality activity is also part of the fun and can be accessed for free through the L.O.L. AR Fun app (available for IOS and Android). Through the app, the audience has the opportunity to take pictures with six L.O.L. Surprise! life-size characters distributed across different locations in ParkShopping. Just download the app for free and take off in search of the dolls in the mall's corridors.

ParkShopping also is presenting, until Feb. 7, the "17 SDGs for a Better World” exhibition. The exhibition - which already was on display at the Latin America Memorial (SP) in 2019, and the BNDES Gardens in Rio de Janeiro in 2020, aims to arouse interest and provoke reflection on the part of the Brazilian population for a more sustainable world. The exhibition features 17 earth globes, 1.8m high each, used as three-dimensional supports for artistic creations. The inspiration came from the UN's proposed global plan for its 193 member countries, consisting of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  And, finally, the little train that was so successful at Christmas is still in operation in the mall. The "Joy Express” is located on the 2nd floor and the ticket costs R$ 25 (half price); children up to three years of age are entitled to a companion.

Enjoy yourselves!
