On June 19th, American fashion brand Forever 21 opened a new store in the seventh expansion of BarraShopping, in Rio de Janeiro. This is its fourth store in Brazil and the second one in the city of Rio. Next shopping centers of Multiplan to receive Forever 21 will be ParkShopping, in Brasília; BarraShoppingSul, in Porto Alegre; and ParkShoppingBarigüi, in Curitiba.
"International brands have chosen Multiplan to start their operations in Brazil to realize our quality standard. We are always looking for the best mix. Forever 21 is a brand desired a lot by Brazilian people and will be, no doubt, a great success because it comes to offer good products with an economical price", says Eduardo Novaes, managing director of Multiplan.
Between March and April, Forever 21 opened its three first stores in Brazil: MorumbiShopping, in São Paulo; VillageMall, in Rio de Janeiro; and RibeirãoShopping, in Ribeirão Preto (SP). "We had an excellent feedback from Brazilian consumers and we are very excited about opening our fourth store in a great region of the country such as Rio", explains Linda Chang, general merchandising manager da Forever 21.
