During November, customers and consumers were able to have their health insurance queries clarified at special ANS booths located in various Multiplan shopping centers. The Company and the National Health Agency have teamed up to launch the "ANS with You" initiative, with the aim of providing information on topics that affect people's everyday lives, such as canceled plans, insured members' rights, and uncertainties surrounding medical care.
During the action, ANS technicians held face-to-face meetings and made informative materials available in seven shopping centers: MorumbiShopping (SP), ParkShopping Barigui (PR), ParkShopping (DF), BHShopping (BH), BarraShoppingSul (RS), RibeirãoShopping (SP) and BarraShopping (RJ).
