The MultiSer - Center for Psychotherapy and Emotion Management, located at RibeirãoShopping in the city of Ribeirão Preto (SP), is promoting, from August to November, the "Journey of Self-Care". The first encounter, which took place on August 30, was led by psychologists who organized as series of self-knowledge dynamics and activities. The goal was to stimulate reflection and the perception that, with the help of a professional, it is possible to get to know oneself and deal better with many internal problems. The event was supported by the Mamis Conecta group and the personal trainer Suzana Mendes.
The initiative opened MultiSer's semester program, which will hold free events under different themes until November. For more information and registration, access the Multi application.
Yellow September: Valuing Life Campaign
And as part of the awareness initiatives for Yellow September, a month dedicated to mental health care and suicide prevention, MultiSer is launching a campaign to value life. During all Tuesdays of the month, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the space will promote meetings with activities that aim to detect people's emotions. Places are limited and reservations must be made through SuperAPP Multi.

About MultiSer
MultiSer - Center for Psychotherapy and Emotion Management - is an unprecedented psychotherapy project that offers services to anyone who needs a warm welcome and sensitive listening in order to treat conflicts, phobias, anxiety disorders, depression, among others. An initiative of RibeirãoShopping and Multiplan, and in partnership with Dreamsellers, headed by renowned psychiatrist, researcher and writer Augusto Cury, the space has nine consulting rooms, an interactive room with 70 seats for courses (free and paid), a mezzanine and a square for socializing. MultiSer is located at Alameda Gourmet in RibeirãoShopping, next to UCI Cinemas; opening hours and psychological services are, from Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Sundays, from noon to 6 p.m.
