One of Multiplan's most iconic shopping centers, MorumbiShopping in São Paulo (SP), celebrates its 40th anniversary this month. Recognized for being a democratic space with a mix of stores that offers the customer current, modern and varied options for day-to-day solutions, the mall has prepared 40 days of celebrations for its clients, kicking off on Tuesday, May 3, and end on Valentine's Day, June 12. On May 3, the date on which the mall completes four years of existence, a large commemorative icon will be located outside the Atrium, inaugurated at noon. On the same day, an enthralling light show was to be staged outside the mall. There will be two shows, at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., to entertain clients and all passers-by. The shows will also take place on May 7, 21, and 28, at the same times.
On May 5, the celebration starts again at noon with the distribution of cotton candy, popcorn, balloons and glasses of prosecco. A new and exciting presentation will provide a special touch to the mall's hallways. Actors will circulate through the corridors up to the space between the elevators, inviting everyone to enjoy a special party that will start at 8 p.m., with lots of music and amusements.
From May 6-11, a stage set up in the space between the elevators will feature jazz and MPB groups that will set a special tone for the mall.
Following the thematic program, between May 12-22 a large closet will be installed in the hall between the elevators with iconic looks for visitation and inspiration for all who pass by. These pieces will be curated by Mônica Martelli.
From May 23-31, artist Lucas Paulucci will be available to clients, from noon to 8 p.m., for exclusive customization of pieces recently purchased in the stores. He will create new shapes for the products, with colors and designs chosen on the spot. To participate, it will be necessary to schedule an appointment on the Multi superapp.
Topping off the celebrations, from June 1-12, participating restaurants will offer a special menu for MorumbiShopping's 40th anniversary. Besides an exclusive dish for the occasion, clients can participate in an exclusive experience with special tables. To participate, a reservation will also be required through Multi.
Kids will not be left out. Starting on May 21, during the weekends, cookie workshops will be available for them to let their creativity run wild and also take home delicious cookies that mirror the theme of the celebrations: shapes of musical notes, pieces of clothing, painting instruments, and food. The attraction is free, from noon to 8 p.m., and runs every weekend until June 12. To participate, just schedule an appointment with the Multi starting May 18.
