This Easter, Multiplan is launching the "Hunting Eggs Just Got Easier" campaign, focusing on the Multi superapp. Customers will find a selection of products from a number of brands on the app's home page to make their purchases more convenient, without leaving their homes. In addition, until March 28, clients will have free shipping when using the “COELHINHO" (BUNNY) coupon.
Orders placed through Multi's marketplace are delivered on the same day, in partnership with Delivery Center, a startup in which Multiplan is a partner. More than 70 stores are participating in the action and more than 2,000 products are available on the platform to celebrate the date. During the campaign, there will be an increase in the delivery radius to up to 17 km from the malls.
Consumers can also use a channel for direct contact with retailers to facilitate drive-thru shopping and shopping delivery at malls. Through the channel, available on Multi and shopping mall websites, with just one click, clients are directed to each store's WhatsApp channel so they can ask questions and finalize the purchase directly with the retailer. “We've turned traditional egg hunt into a 100% digital campaign.
