The 9th AMAERJ Patricia Acioli Human Rights Award awards ceremony was held on Nov. 11. At the event, broadcast online on AMAERJ's Youtube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im75ygjSsGA), Multiplan's Institutional Vice President, Vander Giordano, presented awards to the three winners in the Academic Papers category. The ceremony was attended by the president of the Brazilian Supreme Court, Minister Luiz Fux.

A supporter of the award, Multiplan was present at the event for yet another year, delivering one of the prizes, which are divided into four categories: Magistrates' Papers, Academic Papers, Humanistic Practices and Journalism Reporting. The winners of each receive R$ 15,000 and a trophy, with the runners-up receiving R$ 10,000 and R$ 5,000 going to third place. In the Magistrates' Papers category, the top three places received trophies.

Created in 2012, the award is organized by the Association of Magistrates of the State of Rio de Janeiro and is an initiative that seeks to identify, disseminate, stimulate and honor actions in defense of human rights and give visibility to practices and efforts in the judicial field.
