Mall restaurants and food courts have resumed operations in part of the states of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, with restrictions and a series of measures aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and employees. The operations in BarraShopping, NewYorkCityCenter, VillageMall and ParkShoppingCampoGrande, in Rio de Janeiro, limit the maximum capacity to be reduced by 50%, while MorumbiShopping, ShoppingVilaOlímpia and ShoppingAnáliaFranco, in São Paulo, operate with occupation limited to 40%, and ParkShoppingSãoCaetano, in São Caetano do Sul (SP), has reduced the capacity to 30%.
The projects adopted the minimum distance between the tables, require markings and visual signage to inform mall visitors, a reduced number of chairs, bolstered cleaning measures following the official sanitary protocols, and placement of sufficient gel alcohol dispensers to ensure that consumers can frequently sanitize their hands. In addition, in São Paulo, restaurants are limited to six persons at each table and consumption in the food court is only allowed while the customer is seated.
The shopkeepers and service employees must wear protective equipment and follow the rules issued by the respective state and municipal authorities.
Please take care, wear a mask and you can count on us!
