Multiplan generates about 80,000 direct and indirect jobs through the parent company and its 19 shopping malls in operation. With the consistent objective of innovation to provide the best experience for consumers, retailers and employees, its partnership with Startplan - our startup connection and relationship company - Recruta Simples was created.
This project developed with Recruta Simples marks the first time a mall company in Brazil has implemented a recruitment and selection platform linked to its entire ecosystem - tenants, malls and the holding – available to those interested in working in companies. The unified curriculum database facilitates the selection process for both the candidate and the contractor.
For the applicant to send the resume, simply access the Trabalhe Conosco page on this site or on the site of one of the Multiplan malls and register via the Recruta Simples system. Contractors are able to access and filter the database free of charge and, if they do not find suitable candidates for the job, have the option to hire extra services available on the platform.
This initiative is part of Multiplan's pioneering spirit and contributes to the generation of jobs in the country.
