Multiplan received the hors-concours title from the Master Real Estate 2017 award on Wednesday, August 30. This special prize was a choice of the award organizers, the Housing Union of São Paulo (Secovi - SP), along with the International Real Estate Professions Federation (Fiabci - Brazil).
The Master Real Estate award aims to recognize and stimulate professional excellence in construction, annually honoring the performance of the most prominent companies and professionals.
In all, there were 21 winners: eight in the project category and 13 in the professional category, all of them elected by the judging commission. The jury, made up of specialists and representatives of seven entities related to the real estate market, evaluated the case histories enrolled in the Entrepreneurial and Professional categories.
The president of the Multiplan Group, José Isaac Peres, made a point of personally receiving the Prize. "It is an immense satisfaction to be honored in the hors-concours category. I dedicate this Award to the members of the Multiplan team, who have always been with me and helped us to achieve this recognition," he said.
The Master Real Estate Prize, created in 1994 by Fiabci-Brasil (Brazilian Chapter of the International Federation of Real Estate Professions) and Secovi-SP (Union of São Paulo Commercial, Residential and Commercial Property Purchase and Sale Companies) was inspired by the concepts and criteria of the Prix d'Excellence, through FIABCI Mundial. It is currently considered one of the most important international real estate awards.
